These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and Basuh77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Basuh77 website located at basuh77.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related gaming services (collectively, the "Service").

Basuh77 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports wagering, lottery-style products, and associated entertainment services. The platform is operated by a company holding a valid international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore gaming regulatory authority.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement. Players are advised to review all related documentation before using the Service.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" — the registered member account held by a User on the Basuh77 platform, uniquely identified by a username and password.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), comprising deposited funds, bonus credits, and accrued winnings net of applicable deductions.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other benefit awarded by Basuh77 subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Game" — any casino game, slot, live dealer table, sports betting market, lottery draw, crash game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a User on a Game outcome using real funds or eligible bonus funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required by the Platform to confirm a User's identity, age, and residential address prior to processing withdrawals.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of all Basuh77 Account balances and transactions unless expressly stated otherwise.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible Games before the resulting funds become withdrawable.
• "Platform" — the Basuh77 website, mobile interface, and all associated digital services operated under the domain basuh77.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region in which access to or use of online gambling services is unlawful or requires a licence not held by Basuh77.

To register and maintain an Account on Basuh77, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Basuh77 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 and does not permit any person under this age to register, deposit, or participate in any Game.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or located within, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use of the Service.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of Basuh77 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account that has been suspended or permanently closed by Basuh77 for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.

Basuh77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on Basuh77 at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is grounds for immediate Account termination without compensation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at such other times as Basuh77 reasonably determines, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., partial bank statement, e-wallet screenshot).

Basuh77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are fully satisfied. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Basuh77 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of payment methods including, but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB).

Deposits:

• All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. The standard minimum for bank transfer and e-wallet deposits is RM 30.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt by Basuh77. Typical processing times range from immediate (e-wallets, DuitNow) to up to 30 minutes for bank transfers.
• Basuh77 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may levy its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for deposit by the same Account holder, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside staffed hours are processed at the earliest opportunity, normally within 4 hours.
• Basuh77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 10,000 or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Active bonus balances with incomplete wagering requirements must be forfeited before a withdrawal request can be processed, unless specifically permitted under the terms of the applicable promotion.

Basuh77 offers various bonus and promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms and conditions explicitly provide otherwise:

• All bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Systematic bonus exploitation, collusion, or use of automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements is prohibited.
• Each player is entitled to claim a specific welcome bonus offer only once. Claiming the same welcome bonus via multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) before any resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier is applied to the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute 10–20% or 0% depending on the specific promotion. Contribution rates for each game category are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum single bet or spin is MYR 300 unless the specific promotion specifies a different limit. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not used or wagering not completed within the specified validity window (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days as stated in the promotion) will be automatically removed from the Account without substitution.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This limit, where applicable, is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

All games and betting markets available on Basuh77 are governed by specific game rules displayed within each product. These product-level rules are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of a conflict, product-level rules take precedence over these general Terms with respect to game mechanics and outcome determination.

• Wagers placed and accepted by the Platform are final. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, modified, or retracted by the User.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Basuh77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. This determination is made at Basuh77's sole discretion.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that produce outcomes independently of prior results. No strategy, pattern recognition, or external tool can predict or influence RNG-based game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Odds displayed prior to confirmation are indicative only. Once a bet is accepted at stated odds, those odds are locked and will not be changed retroactively by the Platform.
• Basuh77 offers in-play (live) betting on selected sporting events including Liga Super Malaysia matches and EPL fixtures. In-play markets may be suspended at the Platform's discretion during match stoppages, injury time reviews, or in response to significant sporting events.
• Maximum win limits apply to individual games and betting markets. These limits are stated within the relevant game interface or product terms. Winnings that exceed applicable maximum win limits will be capped at the stated maximum.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Basuh77 platform. Breach of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where warranted:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, forged, or altered identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other mechanical or electronic tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or fulfil wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed bug exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or other systematic bonus-exploitation techniques intended to generate risk-free profits from promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other competitive format.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Accessing the Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform, including denial-of-service attacks or the introduction of malicious code.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other players through any available communication channel.

All content on the Basuh77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of Basuh77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written consent from Basuh77.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or component of the Platform.
• Use any Basuh77 trademark, logo, or brand asset for commercial purposes or in any manner likely to cause confusion.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property may result in Account termination and civil or criminal legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Basuh77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from technical failures beyond Basuh77's reasonable control.
• Interruptions to Service availability caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Incorrect odds or game results displayed due to data feed errors from third-party providers, subject to the Platform's error correction procedures.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits Basuh77's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Basuh77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

Personal data is used to: verify your identity; process deposits and withdrawals; deliver promotional communications where you have opted in; monitor for fraud and anti-money laundering compliance; and fulfil regulatory obligations under the Platform's licensing conditions.

Basuh77 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law or the Platform's licence conditions.

Basuh77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player protection. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Account settings or by contacting support. Limits take effect immediately when set downward and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive a reminder of time spent after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to take a break may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During exclusion, the Account will be locked and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term breaks of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days are available for players who wish to pause without formal self-exclusion.

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the Service. Gambling is intended as entertainment and carries inherent financial risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose and do not treat gambling as a source of income.

Basuh77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, withhold or void pending withdrawals, and confiscate any Account balance in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested by the Platform.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Confirmed use of automated tools, bots, or exploits as described in Section 8.
• Registration from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or use of location-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Registration by a person under the age of 21. In such cases all winnings will be voided and deposits returned at Basuh77's discretion less any applicable processing costs.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach, Basuh77 is under no obligation to provide advance notice. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request with no outstanding breach, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's last-used verified payment method within 5 business days.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Basuh77's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes not resolved by direct negotiation between the parties may be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Basuh77 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

Basuh77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Where changes are material, Basuh77 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Service following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Service and request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Basuh77 is not obligated to maintain a version history of prior Terms, although we endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
